Do you find yourself overthinking or avoiding specific experiences because they make you feel nervous? Anxiety includes feelings of worry, nervousness, apprehension and tension. It can also look like irritability, difficulty sleeping and at times, feeling panicky.
Therapy can be a powerful tool for managing anxiety, and many clients experience meaningful improvement. I use evidence-based approaches to help reduce anxiety symptoms, better understand what’s driving them, and develop new ways of responding to anxiety so it feels more manageable.

Depression may involve persistent feelings of sadness, emptiness, hopelessness, or loss of interest in activities that once felt meaningful or enjoyable.
Sometimes clients experience depression following a life experience and other times, it’s just biological. We will work together to better understand what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that may be contributing, and discuss tools that will bring you to a happier, healthier place.

Relationships are hard work! Whether you are navigating a romantic relationship, challenging family dynamics, or you’re dating and frustrated— we will work together to explore your feelings, challenges, history and how you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.

We spend so much of our lives at work or school, and challenges in these environments can have a significant impact on our well-being. Whether you’re navigating a difficult boss or coworkers, experiencing performance anxiety, struggling to leave work at work, or noticing a louder inner critic, therapy can help.
Together, we’ll develop practical strategies while gaining insight into yourself, your patterns, and how you function in these environments.

Infertility can feel really lonely. If you’re here, you most definitely know the anxiety of the dreaded two-week wait. You are genuinely happy for your friends who are having babies, but may also be feeling jealous and or left behind. And it’s okay to feel both. It’s also understandable to feel frustrated with your body when it isn’t doing what you hoped it would.
On top of all of that, navigating the world of fertility doctors, insurance and pharmacies is time consuming and expensive. As someone who is familiar with this world, I hope to be a safe space to process all you’re going through while also providing hope.
