I do! I am currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Ohio, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Carelon Behavioral Health and The Health Plan.

I am currently utilizing the Headway platform for all insurance clients. Prior to our first appointment, you will input your insurance information into the Headway system and they will take it from there! You will want to call your insurance to get an accurate picture of what your co-pays will look like until you reach your deductible.

Yes! Many people have “out of network benefits” with their insurance providers. I can provide you with a superbill which is an itemized receipt that includes all necessary details for insurance reimbursement.
If I am not in-network with your plan, you can submit the superbill to your insurance company, and if you have out-of-network benefits, they may reimburse a portion of the session cost.
For example, if your insurance provider tells you they cover 60% of out-of-network care, you would pay the full session amount of $150 at the time of our appointment, submit the superbill to your insurance provider and then would receive a check back for $90.

Some people choose not to use insurance for therapy because they value greater privacy, flexibility, and control over their care. Using insurance may require a mental health diagnosis to be documented and shared with the insurance company, while paying privately can offer more confidentiality and allow therapy to be guided by your goals rather than insurance requirements.
Individual 53 minute session- $150
Individual 75 minute session- $200

I reserve a few sliding scale slots in my practice. My goal is always to make therapy affordable and accessible. Please reach out to discuss this further.
